Build Out Your Timeline With Your Wedding Vendors
Your wedding vendors are going to be the best people to talk to when building out your wedding day timeline. They will know what is a good estimate of time so you don’t have unreasonable expectations with how long things take such as getting ready pictures, cake cutting, etc.
Hire A Wedding Coordinator
It’s so important to have a day of coordinator for your wedding because they are the captain of the ship. They will make sure your wedding timeline stays on track no matter what comes your way. They are also the ones to help you have the least amount of stress on your wedding day so you can enjoy it. This vendor is typically a small investment to save you a big headache.
Delegate Day Of Tasks
I highly recommend delegating any tasks on the day of the wedding to trusted people or hired vendors. Who will be decorating the reception? Who will be letting the groomsmen to be ready by? Who will be making sure the rings get to the ceremony site? Who will make sure Uncle Jimmy doesn’t walk away before the family picture is taken? The more you delegate these tasks to others before the wedding day, the less stress will be on your shoulders.
Have A Long & Meaningful Ceremony
After spending 6 months to 2 years planning your wedding day, remember that the commitment you are making is the most important part. Do you want to be up and down the aisle in ten minutes? Work with your officiant to create a meaningful & memorable wedding ceremony where you & your partner truly get to reflect on your marriage, what it means for the two of you together, and the life you will build.
